
It’s common sense but sometimes people tend to forget that driving a car regularly to maintain a fully charged battery. Even so, if you leave your car stagnant at the parking lot for weeks without any action, your battery may fail when you need it. Therefore, if you are not going to drive your vehicle for a few weeks, make sure you start it at least once or twice a week and leave the engine running for 20 to 30 minutes to recharge the battery.
Otherwise, if you’re traveling and there is nobody around to help you out, you can disconnect the battery before you leave.
